About Veroxa
Veroxa helps parents document custody cases with precision, so no moment goes unrecorded and no hearing goes unprepared.
What we believe
Family court is a documentation war. The parent who keeps better records, logs incidents closer to when they happen, and walks into the courtroom with organized evidence - that parent almost always gets a better outcome.
But there was no tool built for this. Calendar apps don't understand custody schedules. Note-taking apps don't timestamp incidents legally. Spreadsheets don't flag patterns or generate motions. Parents were cobbling together Google Docs, screenshots, and memory - and losing cases they should have won.
"The moment that changed everything was when a judge said 'do you have documentation of that?' and I didn't - even though it happened. I vowed that would never happen again."
Veroxa was built to solve that specific problem. Not as a legal service. Not as a replacement for an attorney. But as the tool that makes every parent - pro se or represented - a better-documented, better-prepared participant in their own case.
We believe documentation is advocacy. When a parent logs a visitation denial at 6:04pm the night it happens - with a timestamp, a location, and legal context - that's not just a note. That's evidence. That's a pattern. That's a motion waiting to be filed.
