Privacy and security

Family court documentation is sensitive. Here is what Veroxa does and does not do with your data.

What we store

Your account profile, your cases, and the records you create. An audit log of every change you make. Subscription state if you upgrade.

What we do not store

Your password (your sign-in is handled by an industry-standard auth provider, we never see the plaintext). Your payment card details (handled by Stripe). Anything from the other parent. The contents of communications outside Veroxa.

How it is protected

  • Encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Sensitive fields use field-level encryption beyond the database default
  • Database-level access control, you only see your own data, attorneys only see cases you invited them to
  • Two-factor authentication available on every account
  • Inactivity session timeout
  • PCI compliance via Stripe, no payment data in our database

For our full security practices, see getveroxa.com/security.

Who can see your data

  • You: always
  • Any attorney you invite to a specific case: read-only access to that case
  • Veroxa support: only if you ask us to look at something, and only the minimum needed; access is logged
  • No one else: not marketers, not advertisers, not AI training providers

What we never do

  • We never sell your data. Not aggregated. Not anonymized. Not ever.
  • We never train AI on your case content.
  • We do not put AI-generated prose into your court-facing documents. Your exports are generated by deterministic templates, not language models. What you write is what shows up.
  • We do not run ads. Veroxa is funded by subscriptions.

Account deletion

Email will@getveroxa.com. We permanently delete all your data within 30 days. We can export everything first if you want a personal archive.
