Account access and troubleshooting
Most account problems have a fast fix. This article walks through the common ones.
Forgot your password
- Go to getveroxa.com/forgot-password.
- Enter the email you used to sign up.
- Check your inbox, you should have a password reset email within a minute. Click the link.
- Pick a new password. Veroxa requires at least 8 characters.
If the reset email does not arrive within five minutes:
- Check your spam folder
- Make sure you typed the right email (case does not matter)
- Email will@getveroxa.com and we will reset it manually
Change your email
- Go to Profile in the dashboard.
- Click Change email.
- Enter your new email. Veroxa sends a confirmation link to the new address.
- Click the link in the confirmation email. Your account email is updated.
The old email address remains on the account for one billing cycle in case you need to roll back.
Enable two-factor authentication
Strongly recommended for any account with case data.
- Go to Profile → Security.
- Click Enable two-factor authentication.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app (Authy, Google Authenticator, 1Password, etc.).
- Enter the 6-digit code to confirm. You are now protected.
Save your backup codes somewhere safe. If you lose your phone, those codes are how you get back in.
Cannot log in
If you are sure your email and password are correct but login fails:
- Browser issue: try an incognito window or a different browser. Saved credentials sometimes get stale.
- Verification pending: if you just signed up, click the confirmation link in your email first.
- Too many attempts: Veroxa rate-limits login. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
- Still stuck: email will@getveroxa.com with the email address on your account and we will sort it.
Session keeps expiring
Veroxa logs you out after 30 minutes of inactivity. This is a security feature given the sensitivity of case data. If you are actively using the dashboard, the timer resets with every action. If you find yourself logged out too often, it usually means a tab was left open in the background.
Deleting your account
Email will@getveroxa.com. We delete all your data within 30 days. We can also export everything for you first if you want a personal archive.
Common questions
Can I have two accounts? Yes, with different email addresses. They are entirely separate.
Can I export my data and take it elsewhere? Yes. Use the PDF export for any individual case. For a full data export across all cases, email support and we will send you a structured archive.
