Inviting your attorney to your case
Veroxa lets you grant an attorney access to a specific case so they always see the latest version of your documentation. No emailing PDFs back and forth.
How it works
When you invite an attorney, Veroxa sends them a secure invitation. When they accept, they get read-only access to that one case. They cannot edit your data and cannot see anything from other cases or other users.
You can revoke access at any time.
Sending the invite
- Open the case you want to share.
- Click Invite Attorney.
- Enter their name, firm, and email.
- Send.
You get a notification when they accept.
Revoking access
Open the case, find the attorney's row, click Revoke. Effective immediately.
Common questions
Will the attorney see records I add after they connect? Yes, they always see the current state.
Can I invite more than one attorney to the same case? Yes.
Can the attorney invite anyone else? No. Only you can grant or revoke access.
My attorney does not have a Veroxa account yet. The invitation walks them through creating one. Attorney accounts are currently in private beta, they may need to join the attorney waitlist first.
