Documenting your case

Setting up your visitation schedule

A visitation schedule in Veroxa describes your recurring custody arrangement. Once it is set up, Veroxa generates visit cards for upcoming exchanges so you just have to mark each one as it happens.

Why this matters

Visitation compliance is one of the strongest evidentiary patterns family courts look at. A custody order that says one thing and an actual record that says another is often the deciding factor in a modification or contempt motion.

A schedule plus consistent visit logging produces that record automatically.

Setting up the schedule

  1. Open the Visitation tab.
  2. Click + Set Up Schedule.
  3. Pick the days and times each parent has the child.
  4. Add any holiday or summer overrides your order specifies.
  5. Save.

Veroxa generates upcoming visit cards from the schedule. They populate immediately.

Logging each visit

After a visit completes, open the card and pick one:

  • On Time: exchange happened as scheduled
  • Late: pickup or dropoff was late
  • Missed / Incident: the visit did not happen, or something went wrong

If your schedule changes

Edit the schedule any time. Existing logged visits are preserved.

Common questions

What if I forget to log a visit? You can backfill at any time.

What if my visitation arrangement is different per child? Set up a schedule for each child.

What about one-off swaps? Note them on the affected visit rather than editing the recurring schedule.
